Here’s a good question to ask yourself:
Does nature stand still? No. You know change is constant with the weather it never stands still 🙂
Mother nature gives us answers. If you take a look at the times in your life when you felt most stuck you most likely were not taking the positive action you need to in order to get results.
Bottom line: Humans are meant to be taking action in the direction of our dreams!
Procrastination is a real pain in the butt isn’t it?
“it’s a bad habit of putting something off until the day after tomorrow what should have been done the day before”!
Two reasons why procrastination is not good for you:
1) It kills your progress and sends you backwards away from your dreams
2) It makes you unhappy and stuck like super glue 🙁
We are meant to be moving forward and we can only move forward when we take action.

Things in life don’t have to be complex.
