Episode 7: Why Weight Loss is the Wrong Solution

 

OK – so I’m making a bold statement. Hear me out with a non-judgemental ear.

 

The weight loss industry needs to change. It sucks people into a world of low self esteem and feeling utter crap about themselves.

 

We need a new solution which is to abandon the idea of losing weight – but instead – taking 100% responsibility for our health and the results we get AND taking care of ourselves as humans holistically which includes mental, emotional and physical health.

 

If this means you change your body so that you create an environment where less fat is present – this happens as a by product of you bringing yourself in a well regulated state of wellbeing.
