Weight Loss is the Tip of the Iceberg

Weight Loss is just the tip of the iceberg.

We spend our lives battling with fat/weight when we are not understanding the bigger picture. Hence we stay battling.

Did you know that body fat accumulates on a body that doesn’t feel safe?  Yes – gaining fat is an outcome of your body trying to meet its needs.

We have been brainwashed by the ‘diet/weight loss’ industry to fight the problem of ‘fat’. We have been brainwashed to believe that weight loss is the solution. All these solutions – NEVER – result in lasting change.

We try these solutions and think we are solving the problem, but really we are just wrapping ourselves in cotton wool and we avoid the root of the problem.

✅ If your weight is higher than what is healthy for your body because fat has accumulated, know it’s an effect of a greater cause and fighting the effect – ain’t going to do you a bit of good.

✅ You have to get to the root cause which is that you are not in control of the health of your body and you don’t understand what it truly needs.

Awareness is the answer – your body is not broken. If you become aware, the fat will release for good.
