Episode 3: Modern Day Slavery and our Health.


We want to change our health results. But what stops us? We make all sorts of excuses as to why we cannot focus on our health or achieve our desires.


A big block I see is that we are people pleasers or in other words, slaves to the outside world. We feel powerless and forced to obey others and as a result we don’t feel we are able to prioritise our health needs first.


We ought to ALL have healthy boundaries over our emotional, mental and physical health. Mothers are the worst, we neglect ourselves to the point of all out exhaustion and we are too scared to ask for help.


When we fill our own cup we can actually function in this world.


It’s time to stop acting like a slave and find our inner power and own it.
